"We're satisfied about the pitch, they worked very well on it and now we can play football on this pitch." "It was a good training session, no injury and tomorrow again we'll do it and thereafter go to Port Novo and from Port Novo to Cotonou and then back to Port Novo because we have a training session there where we will play." Regarding the opposition's eight years unbeaten home record, he said; "We've had a look already on the Benin Republic team and especially we saw that they didn't lose any game since 2013, so it's a challenge to be the first team since 8 years, it was Algeria who last beat them there in a World Cup qualifier but since they didn't lose any game at home, we know that it'll not be easy, we have to stay humble." "We are confident, we have good players, we players who are doing great in the club with confidence and so we've been trying to do very well like always, we want to have the qualification which a draw will guarantee and this is the first step for us and if we can win the game, ofcourse we will but it'll be very difficult." Talking about his record of always qualifying for every tournament with a game to spare, he was asked if his hoping to do it again, "We hope to do it again which means which we should not lose the match. If we draw we are already qualify. We'll do it I hope so but it'll not be easy, everybody must know that the lesson of Sierra Leone is that we cannot relax when we lead in the match, we have to fight until the end and to stay concentrated," he replied.
