AFCON 2021: Financial Crisis Rocks Nigeria Group Opponent Sampson Adedeji With the 2021 African Cup of Nations fast approaching, all seems not to be well in the camp of Nigeria's Super Eagles group opponents, Guinea Bissau, BsNsports.com.ng can report. According to the report, the players who are already in camp are presently unhappy with the country government and football federation. The players are complaining that the government promised to reward each player that participated in the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt a plot of land and as of now they're yet to be redeemed. They further complained that they are yet to receive a dime as qualification bonus for the 2021 AFCON that will take place in Cameroon. The 33rd edition of the competition will be the third time Guinea Bissau would take part in the biennial tournament. They will begin their campaign in Cameroon against Sudan before facing Egypt and Nigeria later in the competition.
