AFCON 2021: Gun Battle In Limbe, Mali Training Cut Short Sampson Adedeji The reports coming from Limbe, one of the venues hosting the ongoing 2021 African Cup of Nations seem not to be palatable as separatists and military men exchange gunshots which left several people injured, BSNsports.com.ng can report. Group F, made up of Mali, Tunisia, Gambia and Mauritania, is the one based in Limbe and these shootings cut short the training of the Eagles of Mali. "There was an exchange of fire in Buea yesterday and several people were injured. The security forces quickly intervened and an investigation is underway to determine who are responsible," David Mafani the Mayor of the City said. CAF has not yet reacted to this situation which could harm the teams installed in the cables of the city.
