AFCON 2021: Ivory Coast Release Team Budget Sampson Adedeji Participating teams in the upcoming 2021 African Cup of Nations are gradually getting into action and their federations are also putting everything in shape, BSNsports.com.ng can report. The latest country to swing into action is Ivory Coast Football Federation as they released the budget of the Elephants. The Ivorian side is one of the favourites to lift the competition with a couple of amazing players in the team. The federation on Tuesday afternoon announced a whopping 4.7 Billion FCFA as the budget of the team which will take care of camping, allowances, bonuses. They further said the full preparations will commence in earnest as invited players will resume for training. Ivory Coast has won the tournament twice in 1992 and 2015 and will be hoping to lift it again in Cameroon.
