AFCON 2021: Porto Plan To Delay Sanusi Camp Eagles' Resumption Until January 3rd Sampson Adedeji Though only Uk based players have been an extension to resume their national team camp late but Portuguese Primera Liga club FC Porto are planning to delay the Super Eagles left back, Zaidu Sanusi, resumption with the Super Eagles, BSNsports.com.ng can report. Sanusi is one of the 28 players selected to represent the country in the 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon. According to a report from Portugal, Porto is planning to have Sanusi for the derby game against Benfica on the 30th of December slated for Estadio Do Dragao. Despite having stiff competition from Wendell, Sanusi has been able to feature in 18 games this season scoring couple of goals. Sanusi is expected to slug out with Jamilu Collins for the left-back position of the Super Eagles. Nigeria will begin her campaign in Cameroon with a clash against 6-time champions Egypt before facing Sudan a d Guinea Bissau later in the tournament.
