AFCON 2021: Sierra Leone Coach Receives Death Threat Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon, head coach of Sierra Leone, John Keister, has received a death threat, BSNsports.com.ng can report. The Leone star qualified for the competition after they finished second behind Nigeria's Super Eagles in the qualifier. The death threat came after he decided to exclude certain players from the squad going into the camp for preparations. Out of the players in camp, the manager will still have to drop another 12 players to meet up the number of players required for the competition. AFCON 2021 is the second time Sierra Leone will qualify for the competition, having qualified for the first time in 1996.
