AFCON 2021: Super Eagles Train On Penalty Kick Ahead Round of 16
With the Africa Cup of Nations second round fast approaching, the Super Eagles were put through the penalty kick session on Monday night.
The interim Coach, Augustine Eguavoen took charge of the shootouts training taking note of players he can trust if games turn out to be decided by penalties.
Each player was made to convert twice from the penalty spot.
In the session, Kelechi Iheanacho and Kelechi Nwakali were clinical with their kicks.

Also ticking the boxes were Taiwo Awoniyi, Wilfred Ndidi and Zaidu Sanusi.
Returnee defender Chidozie Awaziem missed twice. One hit the woodwork while Enyimba International goalkeeper, John Noble saved the other strike.
Peter Olayinka, William Troost-Ekong and Sadiq Umar missed one each.
The Super Eagles in their last group D match will face Guinea Bissau at Ominisports Roumde Adjia on Wednesday night.
