AFCON 2025: Morocco Could Take Over From Guinea Sampson Adedeji Barely 3 years to the 2025 African Cup of Nations, the African Soccer governing body could announce a new host for the competition, BSNsports.com.ng can report. Just before the completion of the just concluded AFCON 2021 in Cameroon, CAF confirmed Ivory Coast as the host of the 2023 edition and Guinea to stage 2025. According to the report coming from CAF headquarter in Cairo, Egypt, the body could take away the hosting right from Guinea. The report further suggests that Morocco is in a prime position to take over the hosting right of the tournament.
