He made the statement during a press conference when he was trying to look at how many players have sustained an injury ahead of the competition. Three Napoli players Khalidou Koulibaly (Senegal), Zambo Anguissa (Cameroon) and Nigeria's Victor Osimhen have all sustained injury and remained doubtful for both club and country. “There is still this ‘invisible monster’, the AFCON, which takes players from the locker room, without knowing when you will find them, or what to do,” Spalleti said.
