  AFCON Qualifier: Super Eagles Return To Nigeria By Sampson Adedeji After playing out a goalless draw away to Leone Stars of Sierra Leone in the match day 4 of 2021 African Cup Of Nations qualifier, Nigeria's Super Eagles have returned to Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Following a shocking result of 4-4 against Sierra Leone in the match day 3, Nigerians were hoping to see their national team securing an away win in Freetown but the home team stood its ground to pick another draw and keep alive its hope of qualification. According to plan, the Nigeria side departed Freetown immediately after the match and arrived in the country in the early hours of Wednesday. They touched down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja very early in the morning. The players are expected to start departing to their various clubs abroad.
