Mali Beat Senegal To Become African U20 Best Team For The First Time

Mali U20 National team on Sunday emerged champion in the African U20 championship in Niger Republic, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Mali defeated Senegal through a penalty shoot-out after a 1-1 full-time draw.

Boubakar Traore put Mali in front in the 16th minute of the game while Ndiaye restored parity in the 75th minute.

It was the second-best team, Senegal that enjoyed possession of the ball as they dominated and dictate the pace of the game throughout the duration.
