AFCON U23: Okechukwu storm Dream Team VII camp

Ahead of the must win match against Zambia, Dream Team VII captain Azubuike Okechukwu has arrived the team camp in Cairo, Egypt, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The Istanbul Basekhir midfielder missed the team first match against Cote d'Ivoire due to club engagement.

SD Huesca player Kelechi Nwakali wore the team armband in the first match in Okechukwu's absence.

His arrival will serve as a big boost for the team as they require inspiration to bounce back from the defeat.

The defending champion on Saturday lost their first group game 0-1 to Cote D'Ivoire and are at the bottom of the group table.

Nigeria will face Zambia on Tuesday in Cairo.
