Africa Minifootball Nations Cup: Nigeria To Play Libya In Opener By Our Reporter Following withdrawal of six countries from the 2021 African Minifootball Cup of Nations, Nigeria will now slug it out with Libya in the competition opener at 7pm, BSNSports.com.ng can report. Only 10 African countries are on ground here in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital to do battle in the second edition after six countries withdrew due to the Coronavirus pandemic still very prevalent in their countries. Disclosing the slight changes to media, for both the groupings and fixtures as it affects the 2nd edition slated to kickoff this evening, the President of Africa Minifootball, Achref Bensalha, says the groupings will now go thus: Group A: Nigeria, Senegal, Libya, Zambia, Djibouti. Group B: Ghana, Egypt, Somalia, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso. Nigeria, the opening ceremony starts 6:00pm as Nigeria open the event against Libya at 7pm. The second match which involve Ghana and Egypt kick at 8:30pm. Match-day 1 7pm: Libya vs Nigeria 8:30pm: Ghana vs Egypt.
