African Games: Nigeria claims Gold in Women 4x400 meters

Team Nigeria in athletics continues its dominance as the games draw closer to conclusion, BSN Sports reports.

Nigeria claimed Gold in 4x400 meters women final on Friday evening in Rabat on the final at of athletics event.

It was the quartet of Kemi Francis, Patience Okon George, Blessing Oladoye and Ofili that clinched the medal with a time of 3:30:32.

They succeded in dumping Botswana and Uganda to 2nd and 3rd position respectively.

They emulated Joy Udo Gabriel and her colleague who emerged the winner of 4x100 meters.
