With the win, the Nigeria sole representative at the tournament have qualified for the quarterfinals of the championship. In the Match 16 inside Hall 2 at the Cairo Stadium, Nigeria Customs won 3-1 (1st set: 25-17, 2nd set: 24-26, 3rd set: 25-18, 4th set: 25-18) Having dominated the proceeding it was a convincing victory for the Nigerian side .
