  AfroBasket Qualifier: Nigeria To Face Algeria In The Opener By Sampson Adedeji The Nigeria senior men's basketball team D'Tigers will open its campaign in the qualifiers against the North Africa side Algeria in Rwanda, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Nigeria side which is placed in Group D alongside host Rwanda, Algeria and Mali will play its first match on November 27th, 2020. The second group match of the team is fixed for the following day 28th against Rwanda before playing the last game against Mali on 30th of the same month. The top 3 teams will qualify for the competition proper slated for Kigali, Rwanda on August 24th to 5th of September, 2021. D'Tigers is the presently the best ranked Africa basketball team in 26th position in the world and 1st in Africa.
