  Afrobasketball Qualifier: D'Tigers Defeat Mali By Sampson Adedeji Nigeria senior men's basketball team D'Tigers made it 3 wins out of 3 games on Sunday at the 2020 Afrobasketball qualifier currently going in Kigali, Rwanda as they defeated Mali, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Nigeria side recorded back to back wins against South Sudan and hosts Rwanda. Mali started strongly but was unable to hold the 2015 champions who ran away with a 23 points gap ( 91 - 68 points). Ike Iroegbu continue his impressive run as notched 17 points for the team while team skipper Ike Diogu netted 14 points. Under the new coach, Mike Brown, the team won their games by at least 20 or more. The results means that the D'Tigers lead group D and will continue its round qualifiers February 2021.
