  Afrobasketball Qualifier: D'Tigers Opponent Appoint New Coach By Sampson Adedeji Barely 24 hours to the start of second leg of 2021 Afrobasketball qualifier in Monastir, Tunisia, Nigeria's D'Tigers Opponent Rwanda has appointed a new head coach, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Federation of Rwanda Basketball sacked the team former coach after a dismal outing in the first leg of the qualifier that was held in Kigali, Rwanda. The federation on Wednesday announced the appointment of Senegalese Cheik Sarr as the team new handler. " Rwanda has just signed up with Senegalese Coach Cheikh Sarr, who has just landed in Monastir this very morning at 24 hours before his 1st game for the last window of the 2021 Afrobasket qualifiers," the federation said. Rwanda will face Mali on Thursday before playing Nigeria later in the week.
