Rangers International head coach Gbenga Ogunbote has described his team’s comeback victory over Nasarawa United in the semifinals of the Federation Cup as brave performance, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Rangers came from being two goals down at half time to winning 4-2 at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano and Ogunbote was full of praise for the way his team played the 2nd half. ‘Their performance was simply heroic and full of bravery. We had our backs against the wall and we reacted positively taking a lot of risks because we had nothing to lose and it paid off’ Gbenga Ogunbote disclosed to BSNSports.com.ng that the final is going to be a big game, his team and Kano Pillars are full of traditional, experience and habit of playing such big matches. We are going back to prepare well and give our best for that match, try to win a trophy for our people and the good people of Enugu State. If we put our best and with a little luck, I believe we will be victorious, Former Enyimba tactician stated. Rangers International will square up against Kano Pillars on October 24 at Stephen Keshi Stadium Asaba.
