Ajagun, Imoh Ezekiel's Contracts With Kortrijk Terminated By Mutual

Belgian club KV Kortrijk have terminated the contracts of both Imoh Ezekiel and Abduljaleel Ajagun by mutual consent, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Both players had become surplus to requirement to the extent that they were demoted to the second team this season. The duo had a year remaining on their contracts with the club. Ezekiel played in the past at Standard, Anderlecht, Konyaspor and Las Palmas. However, he was never able to impress at KV Kortrijk. He played 39 games, but did not get more than six goals and two assists. Ajagun ended up at KV Kortrijk in 2017, which bought it from Panathinaikos. Last season he was loaned out to Omonia Nicosia from Cyprus.
