After helping his club West Bromwich Albion to a 1-0 win over English premier league side Manchester United, Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi said he can't wait for the league restart.

The Baggies sat in the second position on log of the championship after 35 round of matches, with aim of securing a return to the top flight football in England, BSN Reports.

West Brom with Ajayi in its line up took on Manchester United and secured a week deserved victory.

Ajayi wrote on his social media handle that is ready for the restart.

“90 minutes in the tank and preparations complete for the restart. Hungrier than ever", he wrote.

Despite been a defender, Ajayi has scored 5 goals in 35 matches for West Brom this season.
