  Ajayi Scores Again As West Brom Crash Out of FA Cup By Sampson Adedeji It was a mixed feeling for Nigeria's Super Eagles defender, Semi Ajayi, on Saturday as his goal counted for little as West Bromwich Albion crashed out of the English FA Cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Ajayi has been in terrific form for West Brom in recent time as he has scored in back to back games for the club. The Hawthorns was pitched against lower division side Blackpool in the 3rd round of the competition and it was latter who drew the first blood in the 40th minute. The Nigeria international levelled the game through a powerful header in the 52nd minute before Blackpool went in front again in the 66th following a goal from Madine. Matheus Perreira equalized the game for West Brom from the penalty spot in the 80th and stretched the game to penalty shoot out after extra time. Blackpool scored three of their penalties while West Brom were able to score two to dash the hope of the Hawthorns progressing to the next round of English FA Cup.
