Ajayi's Ahly To Resume Training On Wednesday

After undergoing a compulsory covid19 test on Sunday Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Junior Ajayi and his teammates at Egyptian giant Al Ahly will resume training on Wednesday, BSNSports.com.ng can report .

Egyptian football has been halted since 14 March due to the coronavirus outbreak with the total number of COVID-19 cases reaching more than 50,000 cases.

The club director of football, Sayed Abdel-Hafiz, confirmed the resumption after the team completed its test on Sunday.

Minister of Youth and Sports, Ashraf Sobhi, had announced that the Egyptian Premier League would start July 25th with teams returning to training this month.

Al Ahly lead the Egyptian Premier League table with 49 points after 17 games played this season.
