The title is Hammarby's first Swedish Cup since the male team was created.
The Bajen emerged champions after winning BK Hácken via a penalty shootout after the match had ended goaless at regulation time.
While the team's celebration continued, the 19-year-old took to his social handle to express his happiness for the feat.
"I am delighted to win the Swedish Cup with Hammarby fotboll and I am honoured to be part of this history. This is for our darling fans, for their amazing support. Excited to see the Boss Ibrahimovic, he motivated the team," he said.
