Akwa United Extend Break Resumption Date For Players, Officials

The Management of Akwa United Football Club in conjunction with the technical crew have extended the break period for players and officials for another one week due to the uncertainty surrounding the National lock down on the ravaging Coronavirus pandemic.

Players and officials embarked on a one week break on Friday 20th March, and were to report to camp on or before 29th March, 2020. With the one week extension, they are to report in camp on or before Sunday 5th April, 2020.

The new date is subject to further directives from the management.

Players and officials have been advised to stay in touch with current happenings world wide and to adhere strictly to survival directives especially those relating to personal hygiene and social distancing.
