Amkar Perm release Brian Idowu

Super Eagles left-back, Brian Idowu has been released by his club, Amkar Perm who have been declared bankrupt.
The Russian-born defender was in action for the Super Eagles at the World Cup in Russia and had a contract with Amkar Perm till the summer of 2020.
The 26-year-old Idowu previously featured at another Russian lower division club, Dynamo Saint Petersburg on loan from Amkar Perm, where he has a contract till the summer of 2020.
He has been linked with CSKA Moscow in the country's capital.
