Amuneke Appoints Emeka Amadi As Goalkeeper Trainer in Tanzania

Both coaches worked together at the Nigeria U-17 and U-20s. The former Barcelona winger also disclosed his new post includes overseeing Tanzania’s age-group team. “We are also in charge of the youth programmes of the country which is an added responsibility,” said Amuneke, who was a long-term target of Tanzania. He said top target is to qualify the Taifa Stars for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). “As a coach you must have a target for yourself without anyone giving you a target,” Amuneke. “The prime target is qualification to the AFCON 2019 and God will see us through. “I am a positive person right from my playing days and I know with hard work and commitment from the players we can achieve our aim.
