AWCON Qualifier: Thieves Cart Away Super Falcons Players Properties in Gambia

By Admin Thieves in the early hours of Wednesday invaded the camp of the Super Falcons in Banjul, The Gambia capital BSN Sports reports. The Super Falcons are due to play their Gambian counterpart for a ticket to the finals of the African Women Nations Cup coming up next year. Reports reaching BSN SPORTS according to Eagleonline.com has it that valuables items were stolen from the camp by the invaders, including personal effects of the Nigerian players. The first leg of the African Women Cup of Nations qualifiers is slated for today by 5pm Nigerian time. The second leg of the qualifying match is slated for the Agege Township Stadium in Lagos on Monday.
