AWCON: Super Falcons Have First Training Session In Abuja Ahead Clash With Cote d'Ivoire By Niyi Busari The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Wednesday had their first training session with just seven home based players ahead of their African Nations Cup qualifier first leg clash with Lady Elephants of Cote d'Ivoire, BSNSports.com.ng can report. The camp was officially opened on Tuesday in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) where the nine-time African champions are expected to prepare and play the match before the second leg in Cote d'Ivoire five days later. The seven players who had the first training are; Gift Monday (FC Robo), Grace Igboamalu (Bayelsa Queens), Juliet Bassey (Bayelsa Queens), Amanda Mbadim (Bayelsa Queens), Christy Ohiaeriaku Sunshine Queens), Miracle Joseph (Bayelsa Queens). The first leg is scheduled for Friday February 18, 2022 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja while the second leg gods at the Stade Robert Champroux in Abidjan on Wednesday 23rd February.
