Ayinla Adekola joins Azjerbian Alyans FK

Former Mighty Mufulira Wanderes forward Ayinla Adekola Sodiq has signed a year deal with second-tier football side in Azerbaijan Alyans FK, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 23 year-old who signed his first professional contract in September 2016 with Malawi Football giants Be Forward Wanderers FC was a very popular figure among his club's fans and Malawian football enthusiasts during his time at the club.

The sensational forward helped his club to win the Calberg Cup, Fisd cup, and Leso TV bonanza trophy in the 2016-17 season before joining Zambian giants Mighty Mufulira Wanderes FC.

The striker also sounded upbeat and excited, he is also looking forward to make is debut for the club.

Adekola started his career at Pepsi Football Academy in Lagos, and also bagged a degree in Political science at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago iwoye as a graduate.
