Chairman match commissioner appointment committee of the NFF, Alhaji Babagana Kalli Kachalla will be on international duty again in neighbouring Accra as the match commissioner on Thursday the 14th of November, 2019, for the Africa Cup of Nation qualifier match between Black Stars of Ghana and Bafana Bafana of South Africa in Accra, Ghana.

A true ambassador of the round leather game who has played for the country at the U-17 level in 1993, Babagana Kalli remains the first Borno indigene in the board of NFF as well as one of the youngest match commissioners of CAF.
