Balogun Returns For Europa League Clash

After sitting out of the club's last match on Saturday, Super Eagles defender, Leon Balogun, is set to return to Rangers Europa League clash against Lincoln Red of Gibraltar, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Balogun was forced to sit out of the club last league match against Dundee United after pulling up injury during the warm up.

As the club is getting ready for UEFA Europa League return, club manager, Steven Gerrard, has stated that Balogun should be ready for the match.

“We think Leon will be fine. We think we got it before it was an injury, it was a bit of tightness and we made the right decision to take him out of the team,” Gerrard said to Daily Record.

Since moving to Ibrox, from Brighton Hove & Albion, Balogun has become a key player for the club and was adjudged man of the match in the league opener.
