Baribote Commends Harrison Jalla By Niyi Busari Former Chairman, Nigeria Premier League, NPL, Barr Rumson Baribote has commended efforts of Chairman, Board of Trustee of Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria (PFAN) over his efforts in putting the leadership of Nigerian football on their toes to do the right thing for the development of the game. Baribote said, "It is important that we commend people when they're doing something right for purpose and benefit of the development of the game and the players. Harrison Jalla has relentlessly done a great job by challenging the leadership of Nigerian football to do the right thing." He continued, "Recently, he's concerned about repositioning the game by encouraging the ex-internationals to throw their hats in the ring and contest for the position of president of the Nigeria Football Federation." This according to him is to make sure that those who have passion for the game will come into the leadership and put the game on the right track again.
