Batako Lapai Appointed As DG of FEYSOC By Niyi Busari The Federation of Youth Soccer Clubs (FEYSOC) has appointed Batako Umar Lapai as the Director General of body. The Federation said it is necessary to appoint Batako Lapai following his contribution to the development of football not only in Niger State but across Nigeria. This is contained in the appointment letter signed by the National Executive Secretary, A . S Luya which reads; "I am directed tow rite and inform that following your contributions, support, interest, commitment, dedication, and your love sport development particularly football in Nigeria. The Federation of Youth and Soccer Clubs FEYSOC National Council Members has appointed you as the new Director General of the organization in Niger State. It reads in part.
