BAYELSA UNITED COMMENCES SECOND PHASE OF PREPARATION.

Management of Bayelsa United Football Club has officially announced the resumption of the second phase of preparation for the 2018/2019 Nigeria National League, NNL season.
According to club Chairman Mr Tony Ogola that both old and new players are expected to report to their Sagbama based camp tomorrow 3rd of January to continue their preparation for the second tier league in the Country which commencement date is yet to be announced.
Players and officials of the restoration boys have been on holiday due to the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Priority to the holiday, The Restoration Boys used the Governor (Wike's Unity Cup) to sharp up the team with high profile pre season games with top Nigeria Professional Football league side in Port-Harcourt which won by Sunshine Stars of Akure.
However report says that the NNL season is expected to kick start the month end despite the unresolved issue that has led the postponement of the super Eight Playoffs.
