Beach Soccer 2023: FIFA Open Bidding Process Sampson Adedeji World soccer governing body opened up the bidding process for the countries that have the intention of staging the 2023 Beach Soccer World Cup, BSNsports.com.ng can report. On 6 October FIFA invited member associations who so wish to express their interest in applying to host the 2023 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, the application process opens just over a month after the end of the last edition of the competition in Russia. Held every two years, the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup brings together 16 teams from around the world. Member associations wishing to host this event have until October 29, 2021, to submit their declaration of interest. After the submission of the final bids and the various required documents by the end of January 2022, FIFA is expected to nominate the host country for the 2023 Beach Soccer World Cup at the end of the first quarter of 2022.
