Enugu Rangers coach Ogunbote Gbenga has said he will take full responsibility for the team’s home defeat after they lost 2-0 to Etoile Du Sahel on matchday four of the CAF Confederation Cup group stages, BSNSports reports. He said, “Blame me for the loss against Etoile Du Sahel. My players did their absolute best and the management also tried". “I understand that  lot of people in Nigeria would have been disappointed and at this point I can only take full responsibility and apologise to our ever loyal fans, the Enugu State Government.” Ogunbote said the team will now shift focus on their next game when they travel to Burkina Faso to take on Salitas FC before they play host to CS Sfaxien in their final home game in Enugu later this month. “We have learnt a lot of lessons in these last two matches against Etoile Du Sahel and we would be looking to come back home and apply all we have learnt so that we never suffer this experience again,” he said. “The CAF Confederation Cup and NPFL are our focus now, we will work hard on the field, on the minds of the players so we can move on positively from this experience.”
