Brume receives heroic welcome in Cyprus

Following her amazing performance for Team Nigeria at the just concluded 2019 Athletics championship in Doha, Nigeria star Ese Brume received heroic welcome at her school in Cyprus.

BSN reports that Brume won Bronze for Team Nigeria in Long Jump at her first jump with a best of 6.91m and finished in 3rd position.

Brume who is a student of Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus returned to her base on Monday and was well received by the management and Student of the school.

Before Doha 2019, Brume performed excellently well at the 2019 African Games in Rabat Morocco which boosted her confidence going into the world scene.

Her bronze medal was the only medal achieved by Team Nigeria in Doha, Qatar despite 25 athletes representing the country.
