Inform sensational striker Taiwo Awoniyi failed to find the back of the net, as Union Berlin were held to a goalless draw at Freiburg, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Awoniyi last scored on December 3rd in a 2-1 home win against Leipzig in the league. He was then replaced in the 72nd minute of the game which was his 16th in the German top flight. Following the result Union Berlin are now in 8th place on 24 points in the league standing.
