Taiwo Awoniyi saw action for Union Berlin, but fired blanks as Bayern Munich defeated Union Berlin 5-2 in Saturday’s Bundesliga game, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Bavarians ended Union Berlin’s 21-game unbeaten home run in the Bundesliga. Awoniyi, who have been in fine goal scoring form, was replaced in the 64th minute. It was his 10th league appearance for Union Berlin this season with seven goals to his name.
