  CAF : Pinnick Dumps Presidential Ambition, Back South Africa Candidate By Sampson Adedeji As against expectations, the President of Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF ) Amaju Melvin Pinnick has decided to dump his ambition of becoming the president of Confederation of African Football (CAF) and thrown his weight behind Patrice Motsepe of South Africa, BSNSports.com.ng can report. At the initial stage, Nigeria football Supremo was one of the candidate eyeing the position of presidency after serving as vice president. African 10th richest man, Motsepe officially declared his intention to run for the office on Monday morning at a press conference which Pinnick himself virtually present. Apart from Pinnick, Sierra Leone Football Association president Isha Johnson has also supported Motsepe candidacy while Botswana Football Association president sent his letter of support.
