CAF Adjusts Requirements For Inter-Club Competitions

African Soccer governing body ( CAF) has changed requirements for clubs that will be participating in the future inter-club competitions, BSNsports.com.ng can report.
Numerous clubs complained to the football body what they went through while observing away games during the just concluded preliminary and playoff rounds of the Champions league and confederation cup.
To this end, CAF has mandated clubs that will partake in the group stage of the two competitions to provide at least 2 hotels in the calibre of 4 or 5-star hotels that must be closer to the stadium.
It's further stated that clubs that failed to meet up the new requirement will have to play their home game away from home.
Enyimba international will have to overcome Al Ittihad SC of Libya in the proposed first leg coming up in the next few days to be sure of taking part in the confederation cup group stage.
