CAF Announces AFCON 2021 Draw Date

Barely five months to the start of the 2021 African Cup Of Nations, Africa soccer governing body (CAF) has announced new date for the competition draw, BSNSports.com.ng can reports.
The draw date was initially fixed 25th of June in Yaounde but was postponed due to some logistics reasons.
The football body on Wednesday through its General secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba announced 15th, August 2021 as the new date for the draw.
Nigeria's Super Eagles will among the 24 countries that will placed in six groups of four teams each for the tournament.
Desert Warriors of Algeria are the defending champions after they won the last edition in Egypt, Teranga Lions of Senegal were runners up while Super Eagles of Nigeria was the second runner up.
