CAF Announces Super Cup And Inter-club Competitions Final Date By Sampson Adedeji Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced dates for this year Super Cup and finals of both Champions league and Confederation cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The last two editions of the Super Cup were held in Qatar and this year will not be different as the football body announced same venue as host of the match and is slated for 28th of May, 2021. Egyptian champions Al Ahly emerged winner of last champions league final beating rival Zamalek 2-1 in the final played at the Cairo international stadium and they will face RS Berkane of Morocco in the Super Cup. RS Berkane beats FC Pyramids of Egypt 1-0 in the final of the confederation cup. CAF also announced July 10th, 2021 as the final of the confederation cup while final of champions league will take place a week later, 17th of July. The venues for both final is yet to be determined as bids submitted by countries who intend to stage the finals countries are still under scrutiny. Both champions league and Confederation cup are still in quarter final stage.
