  CAF Budgets $1bn For Infrastructure Development Across Africa By Sampson Adedeji Barely two months after taking up the mantle to steer African football, CAF president, Patrice Motsepe, has budgeted one billion US Dollars ($1 billion) for the development of football Infrastructure across the continent, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The former President of South Africa club was unopposed in the election held in early March which saw him succeeding Ahmad Ahmad. Motsepe for the first time stormed CAF headquarters in Cairo last weekend and moved to Rabat Morocco where he talks about about development of infrastructure across the continent. He announced the budget of $1 billion for the development of infrastructure in Africa and he further made president Royal Moroccan Football Federation ( RMFF) Fouza Lekja as head of the project.
