CAF CC: Enyimba Get South Africa Referee For FC Pyramids Game By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the first leg quarter final of the CAF Confederation Cup between Nigeria's representative Enyimba international and FC Pyramids of Egypt, Africa soccer governing body have announced match officials for the crucial game, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Nigeria side qualified for the quarter final stage of the competition after having finished top of their group while Pyramids came second its own group. CAF announced South Africa's Victor Gomes as the centre referee for the important match. He will be assisted by his compatriots, Zakeli Soyza and Alsinkosi Nudjeni, while Thando Nazandinka will serve as the fourth referee, while Libyans Jamal Salem and Essam Sharafuddin will serve as the match assessors. The first leg of the knockout phase on 16th May 2021 is scheduled for the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo behind closed doors, while the second leg is billed for the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba on May 23.
