CAF CC: Tornadoes Retain 8, Drop 11, Invites 20 Players As Training Resumes Today

Ahead of the new Nigeria Professional League and CAF Confederation Cup season, 2019 Aiteo Federation runners up Niger Tornadoes have released 11 players, retained 8 and invited 20 players, BSNSports.com.ng can authoritatively reveal.

The club further confirmed that the 20 newly invited players will resumed with the club this week as training resumed on Tuesday morning.

Tornadoes lost to Kano Pillars in the final of the 2019 Aiteo Federation Cup via penalty shootout at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.

The team will begin continental campaign against Santoba of Guinea early next month.
