CAFCL: Sundown trio doubtful for Lobi Clash

With few days to the match day one of the group stage of this CAF Champions League, Lobi Stars opponent Mamelodi Sundown might be without their key players for the tie.

2017 African Champions on Saturday face league rival without their influential Uganda goalkeeper Dennis Onyango, midfield duo of Adli Jali and Wayne Arendse.

The pride Benue qualified for the group stage for the first time since year 2000, after they edged Kenya Premier League champion Gor Mahia via away goals rule.

Sundown who is placed 6th on the Absa premier league table with three on hand, has 22 points from 12 matches.

The match is slated for Nnamdi Azikwe stadium in Enugu on January 13th.

Asec Mimosa of Coted'ivoire, Wydad Casablanca of Morocco are the other teams in the group.
