CAF Confirms Morocco As 2021 U17 AFCON Host By Sampson Adedeji After the completion of the African Cup Nations for U17 in Tanzania, Confederation of African football (CAF) has announced Morocco as the host for the next edition in 2021, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Young indomitable Lion of Cameroon emerged champion on Sunday at the National Stadium in Dare Salam beating Guinea 5-3 on penalties. Nigeria's Golden Eaglets finished in fourth position after they lost the third place play off 2-1 to Angola on Saturday. The qualifier for the 2021 edition will commence in mid 2020 at the regional level before the eventual winner at each region will converge in Morocco. The specific date for the competition is yet to be fixed.
