  CAF Election: Senegal FA President Gets Endorsement From Gabon 2 Others By Sampson Adedeji The race for the position of the president of the Confederation of African Football Association (CAF) is already heating up as the President of Senegalese Football Association, Augustin Sengor got endorsement from three countries, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Four football stakeholders, notably Jacques Anouma, Patrice Motsepe etc seek to compete against the incumbent president Ahmad Ahmad for the top position. Sengor on Tuesday got the nod from his federation, Gabon and Gambia to contest for the position. "I am ready to respond to the call of Africa and it's football for a whole exciting exhilarating challenge on the continental scale. I will take on the mantle of leadership essential for any team," he said. Meanwhile, Sengor also took his time to throw tantrum at the owner of South Africa premier league side Mamelodi Sundown, Patrice Motsepe, saying he is not experience to take Africa Football to next level. "According to 🇸🇳 @AugustinSengho2, the FA President of Senegal: " President Patrice Motsepe only have money but he visibly lacks experience in the management of African football and it's governance," he added. The election is slated for March 2021.
